Technology Awards (2022)
About the Technology Awards
With technological innovation playing an integral part in reshaping how we look at the healthcare industry, it is undeniable that the influence of technology has changed healthcare for the best. This combination has not only improved clinical outcomes and patient safety but has also provided more effective solutions for diseases and other medical conditions.
Within the fields of medical device development and manufacturing, telehealth, 3D printing and more, the healthcare sector has benefited most from the input of technology. With the digital health market value expected to exceed 430 billion dollars by 2028, and with 80% of healthcare providers planning to increase their investment in technology and digital solutions over the next five years, the industry will only continue to advance.
With this in mind, Global Health and Pharma Magazine is delighted to announce the Technology Awards 2022! The Technology awards aims to acknowledge those prestigious companies and individuals who are playing an important role within the industry.
Our awards are judged purely on merit, and not on the number of votes received. Once our esteemed nominees have been established, our in-house research team will carefully create a shortlist based on various criteria and information that is available both online and in the public domain, including any materials supplied by the nominees. Successful organisations are then presented with their award and complementary marketing materials that will be invaluable to their PR portfolio in publicising their win. We also give all nominees the additional option to be featured in our annual winners’ magazine with a worldwide circulation of 260,000 readers, alongside the choice of several other personalised marketing items, suited to all budgets.
With our broad circulation and selection of prestigious awards programmes, GHP provides companies with the perfect platform to share their success and innovative solutions which are continuing to support the ever-evolving industry of health and care.
Taking the above into consideration, if you are a member of or are aware of a company which you feel is deserving of a nomination within the Technology Awards, then please feel free to complete the voting form on this page.

Methodology

Researching Global Health & Pharma nominees
The team work hard in identifying great businesses, driving many of the nominations themselves. The team encourage external nominations from GHP magazine subscribers, web visitors, social media following, clients and wider circulation. Nominating parties are invited to put forward either their own business or third-party companies whom they hold in high regard.

Shortlisting our nominees
All nominees are formally requested to accept their nomination, all firms and individuals are obviously free to accept or decline if they so wish. Those who formally accept are given the opportunity to submit supporting information. There is no obligation to supply such material, we have found however that many nominees value this stage, in the process, as do our research team.

Judging & evaluating nominees
Our dedicated research team assess all information presented to them. The team gather information independently from a variety of publicly accessible sources, which are assessed alongside any material supplied by a nominating party or by the nominee themselves. The research team casts their final judgment based on various criteria such as great contribution to the global healthcare or pharmaceutical industries, longevity, diversification, sustained or continued growth, significant innovations, feedback from patients and customers etc.

Reaching out to winners
Once winners are selected, they are personally notified before any public announcement is made, allowing time for any communications throughout the wider business and the coordination of marketing strategies. Unfortunately, not everyone can be a winner; however, all who take part are encouraged to come back next year. Once the press embargo is lifted, details of our award winners will be made public via the GHP website, award winners’ magazine and subscriber newsletter.

Make the most of your win
We offer a range of promotional packages and items to GHP award winners, these vary from inclusion in the free-of-charge winners’ directory, trophies, content in our magazine and content on our website.
We encourage winners to publicly announce their win independently in order to gain maximum exposure. Announcements via company websites, blogs, social media, via publicly released press releases, and through local and national press are all great ways of maximising the exposure which can be gained from such a great achievement. If you have need of further advice on how to publicise your win, please feel free to get in touch.
