There are sophisticated developments in terms of beds and mattresses which effect positional change so manual handling which has potential to damage the nurse/ carer and/or the recipient. There are also developments all the time in medication and topical treatments, for wounds for example and diagnostics are improving all the time. All of this helps the individual to live longer and at the end of the day we all want longer lives if not free of disease, then certainly with aids to help us lives that are pain-free and assist us to pursue activities which enrich us. “As such, as a forward-thinking company we will embrace development so that our homes offer quality of care and the best technology that helps us to achieve that and in some areas will provide cost-saving. Majesticare as a group are always developing. From the staff to the homes and refurbishments to new commissioning home we are going.
