Carobicos is a consulting brand on how to have a healthy lifestyle. This is achieved by providing physical training services at home, either in the client's residences, their companies or in other fitness facilities. Pilates, aerobics, steps, spinning, functional conditioning, cardio dance, flying fitness are some of our classes. Regarding the consultant branch of Carobicos, we provide advice on how to have an active and healthy lifestyle, through articles, blog posts and vlogs, which we share in our social networks and in private 1:1 sessions with out clients.
