Virtually Healthy

Conducting research into the mental and physical health benefits of virtual reality games for use in fitness, rehabilitation and therapy. Our aim is to increase engagement in exercise for health. This research will be used to develop holistic VR programmes for mental and physical health and develop an app to host these programmes as well as provide health professionals with the necessary data to create custom programmes to fit their client’s needs. The use of gamified virtual reality will help to overcome many of the barriers to participation in physical activity.
