Fangtastic Fitness is a virtual fitness studio for creatives located in Houston, Texas. Established in 2014, the studio is owned and operated by AFAA & NASM certified Fitness Instructor, Christi Workman. Her fitness style is a mashup of, Joan Jett meets Elvira, rock’in, spooky and fun. Christi offers aerobic kickboxing, yoga, mat pilates, and weight training.
