LushTums offers a place to learn, connect and enjoy the process of pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent. Established in 2007 and launched by our founder, now mother of two, and with 25 teachers all over the UK, we are passionate about working with women at this time, to empower them on their own journeys to motherhood and beyond through our classes in Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Antenatal Education.
