Medyca is a multi-language home medical service that provides same-day house call doctors to
foreign travellers in the Tuscany region of Italy. The visit is followed by a medical report written
directly in English, therefore ensuring and facilitating the reimbursement process by the patient’s
health insurance.

In our 2 years of activity, our average waiting time has been of 2,5 hours, since the moment a
request was submitted on our website until the moment our doctor knocked on the patient’s door.
We have availability of doctors speaking English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, and Italian, plus
we can offer professional translators for the languages Russian and Chinese.
