<p>Daire Scanlon grew up in limerick, a keen sporting enthusiast he Captained the underage Na<br /> Piarsaigh team , after graduating from Trinity College Dublin he travelled to the US where he<br /> was able to expand on his clinical knowledge working in Hospital settings and community. </p> <p>When he returned to Ireland his focus was to open his first pharmacy in Limerick a short<br /> distance from where he grew up on the Ennis road in 2010. Within ten years he has opened<br /> four new pharmacies, three in Limerick and one in Dublin. Each pharmacy has its own<br /> dynamic and are unique in their own way. </p> <p>In 2017 Daire invested in robotics and set up the first Robot in the Republic of Ireland which<br /> allowed for automated blister packaging of medication for community and nursing home<br /> patients offering guaranteed accuracy and efficiencies within the dispensary environment. </p> <p>Following on from the success of the initial automation , a second pack size dispensing robot<br /> was installed in the Ennis road branch in 2019 which further increased efficiencies thus<br /> eliminating prescrition errors and reducing patient waiting times. </p> <p>Daire’s company ethos is Care, privacy, and respect and is reflected in daily pharmacy<br /> practice.Daire and his team like to offer a service which is tailored to each patients needs.The<br /> team will ensure that each patient has access to any service Scanlons’ Limitlesshealth<br /> pharmacies can provide to make life easier.</p>
